Achieving FSIS HACCP Validation Compliance Workshop

Small and very small plants must be in compliance with the FSIS HACCP Validation Guidance by April 4, 2016.  This workshop will be geared towards those plants and will provide practical information on how to meet the expectations of FSIS for scientific support and in-plant validation, the two critical areas that are the focus of the compliance guidelines.  The workshop will focus on ensuring that the correct data has been gathered to support your system, and to help plants identify areas that need improvement prior to the April deadline.
